The inn reopened as Osprey’s first and flagship property on December 14th 2016 after major rebuild and refurbishment. Time passes though and in 2023/4 the Galloper experienced a major refit including a fantastic and very popular revamp of the outside space.

The quality and style of the refurbishment are impressive, and the good quality home cooked food, excellent range of drinks and the hospitality offered by the bar and restaurant no less so; the Galloping Horse provides a warm welcome to all.
